Coach Fantroy comes to us with 16 years of coaching expertise in the high school, collegiate, and USATF arenas. He has developed athletes to top 5 national HS rankings. He is currently in his second year of coaching all sprints and hurdle events at Mt. Hood Communinty College.

Over the past 18 seasons, Coach Licari has developed some of the nation's premier pole vaulters, including a two-time Olympian, three NCAA champions with six titles between them, eight Pac-12 champions combining for 10 titles, and 15 different All-Americans. American record-holder and World Championship gold medalist Brad Walker first rose to greatness under Licari’s tutelage.

Ken Martinez is the long time Aloha High School cross country head coach and distance coach during the track season. He has been the Metro League girls coach of the year in 1998 and 2009 and the boys Metro League boys coach of the year in 1999, 2012 and 2013. Ken also is the meet director of Nike Portland XC (formerly known as Nike Pre Nationals) that brings in over 150 teams and 4500 athletes each year in September.

Mitch Crouser

Mitch Crouser was the Big Sky champion in the shot put and discus while attending the University of Idaho where he earned a degree in Engineering. He was the 1984 U.S. Olympic Team alternate in the discus and a member of U.S. National Teams with a best throw of 220’6”. His son, Ryan, broke the U.S. national high school indoor record in the shot put and the outdoor national high school record in the discus. Ryan is a 3x NCAA champion in the shot put. Mitch is now the owner of Crouser’s Elite Athlete, a dealer for athletic equipment specializing in track and field.
